This opportunity is unique because the buildings are in two different ownerships. Recent contact between the owners of the sites established the opportunity that this consultation seeks your views on. Collaboration on the three sites has not occurred previously and it is not known if and when it will occur again.

16 - 17 Sidney Street
16-17 Sidney Street is owned by a private family office who take a long-term view on property investment. They invest in the UK and overseas and have a keen interest in the areas in which they invest.
They see their acquisitions as investments in the communities that are home to them, as well as in the properties themselves. 16-17 Sidney Street was purchased in 2018, having been identified for the potential it holds for contributing more significantly to Cambridge’s city centre economy and environment.
